Advanced Technology Initiative, LLC. is a full-service Technology/Telecommunications company. Over 70 years combined experience and professional certifications in the most current technology advancements are what we offer. We have a team of in-house design professionals that focus from Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) to management and operations that enable us to provide/depict unparalleled Technology concepts and designs on paper. The ATI team has worked on projects throughout the Southwest and beyond.

We have completed hundreds of technology infrastructure designs in the K-12, Higher Education, along with State, County, government, private and commercial businesses. Our team has successfully delivered projects that deliver long term value to our clients through concept, funding and implementation. We pride ourselves on understanding projects from three distinct viewpoints, (Contractor, Owner and Consultant). Specifically, we have delivered program management, project management, and design for Data Centers, Hospitals, Education and Aviation, focusing on Technology (Telecommunications, Physical Security, and Audio Video Systems)

Our staff backgrounds bring together over 70 years of Telecommunications and Information Technology experience in consulting, design, and implementation. ATI provides Technology consulting and design services for data centers, Communications infrastructure, Wi-Fi, Audio-Visual, security strategy CCTV surveillance, access control, and service provider coordination.

The benefit our Leadership and design staffs’ implementation experience are in our deliverables. The designs and OPC’s (Opinion of Probable costs) issued to our clients, are in-line with everchanging construction costs as we achieve our client’s functionality expectations of the technology systems we design.

OWNER REPRESENTATION

Advanced Technology Initiative focuses on providing real solutions to our Client’s complex and critical projects. When these projects demand well considered and thoughtful approaches, ATI is a team dedicated to the efforts, which may not be able to be covered by our Client’s current staff.

Design and implementation are crucial to achieve the desired functionality and budget of our client.

ATI’s extensive experience in the Technology and Telecommunications fields, allows us to provide exceptional architectural, engineering and contractor coordination and management in the design and implementation of the technologies being implemented by our clients.

COMMISSIONING

Advanced Technology Initiative can provide Commissioning Support services. We can assist the Client by developing the Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR) and management of the Basis of Design (BOD).

We can review the contractor’s commissioning plan, scripts and overall system testing. All of this is done with Owner engagement, but with our active support to assist in minimizing risk to project success.

MASTER PLANNING

Advanced Technology Initiative provides Technology Master Planning services to our existing and future clients. Focusing first on the current conditions and functionalities of your campus and facility’s installed technologies. Our focus is understanding the needs and goals of the Client. We then look to evaluate the existing system(s) to identify gaps when measured against the desired outcome. The solution may be an extensive remediation effort, or it could be a simple modification, but our goal is to focus on delivering meaningful benefit.

What sets our services apart is our ability to find creative solutions and honesty when dealing with the challenges of how best to move forward towards a successful result. It’s not enough to simply think of how to solve the problem, but to consider the impact to day-to-day operations, while prioritizing risk mitigation and priority of maintainability.

Advanced Technology Initiatives Master Planning effort provides an “OPC” Opinion of Probable costs. During the master planning phase, in coordination with our client, we develop a plan and a cost that is in line with their expected funding and desired functionality.

CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION

Advanced Technology Initiative provides our construction administration services for our existing and future clients. We can provide the operation and management side of the construction process for our clients.

As your CA provider we, monitor contracts, process billing, track and categorize documents, arrange and monitor construction schedules. Our site visits include supervision of the integrator to ensure that all manufacturer installation guidelines are being followed by the integrator and all state, city and county codes are being followed.

To ensure our clients expectations are exceeded we are in constant contact with our client via meetings and written reports during the construction process.

Advanced Technology Initiative provides our project management services for our existing and future clients. We utilize the most popular project management software to coordinate and manage the project for our client. Utilizing software that coordinates the project with the project architects and engineers is essential in coordination. The key to a successful project is COMMUNICATION!

We assist in recognizing if the project has the sufficient resources to be successful, while managing the relationships of all the project contributors, the architect, engineers and stakeholders.
